Balochistan Centre for Excellence in Renewable Energy (BCERE)
Balochistan Center for Excellence in Renewable Energy recently inaugurated at the Governor House Quetta marking a milestone in renewable energy research and skill development. Established through a collaboration between Balochistan Rural Support Programme, Department of Energy Government of Balochistan and BUITEMS QUETTA with financial support from PATRIP Foundation, the center aims to empower youth in districts Quetta, Killa Saifullah, and Zhob with cutting-edge technical training.
Hon’ble Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, graced the event, emphasizing the center’s role in fostering innovation, economic growth, and employment. BRSP CEO, Dr. Tahir Rasheed highlighted BRSP’s commitment to sustainable development, stating that this initiative will set new benchmarks for renewable energy education across Pakistan.
This pioneering project will equip local youth with globally recognized skills, ensuring affordable and accessible energy solutions for Balochistan’s future.
