Bazai, Secretary to the Government of Balochistan, Energy Department in his office.<br \/>Meeting was attended by the IDSP team, Reps. from Law Department, P&amp;D Department, PPP Authority, Additional Secretary, Director General &amp; PD-Balochistan DGPC from Energy Department and RE Engineer,
